🚨 URGENT: Freddy Needs Your Help 🚨

Many of you know and love Freddy, one of the very first bulldogs our rescue fought so hard to save.

Freddy's journey has been anything but easy. He survived abuse while living in a homeless encampment. He survived the euthanasia list at SEAACA. He survived being failed and abandoned by people who promised to save him. Before joining our rescue, he was known as Meatball, but together we gave him a second chance and a new beginning.

It has taken Freddy a long time to finally feel safe, loved, and secure.

Today started like any other lazy day. I stepped out to run a quick errand, and when I returned, I found Freddy terrified and struggling to breathe. Without hesitation, I rushed him to the emergency veterinary hospital.

Freddy has now been intubated and placed on oxygen and IV antibiotics while the veterinary team works to determine exactly what is happening. Doctors discovered a large mass near the back of his throat, close to his trachea, and he remains hospitalized for further evaluation and treatment.

As you can imagine, emergency veterinary care is incredibly expensive, especially late at night. We never hesitate to give our dogs every chance they deserve, but we can't do it without your support.

Please consider making a donation to help cover Freddy's emergency medical care. Every dollar, every share, and every prayer means the world to us and to Freddy.

Freddy has beaten impossible odds before. We're asking you to help him fight once again.

❤️ If you're unable to donate, please share this post. Your support could help save Freddy's life.

Thank you for standing beside Freddy and our rescue family. We will continue to update everyone as we learn more.
